Cancellation Policy:
Should the CHARTERER cancel 30 days or more before the charter term begins, deposits will be refunded for any conditions. Within 30 days of the charter, a refund will only be granted due to weather or harsh conditions and shall be canceled at the captain’s suggestion.
COVID Safety Policies:
In accordance with the King County mandate effective October 25th and for the safety of your guests and our captains and crew, we are requiring proof of full COVID vaccination status in the form of your vaccination card, a photo of your vaccination card, or a photocopy of your vaccination card. For those who are unvaccinated or cannot prove vaccination status, you will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test from a testing provider in the last 72 hours.
